The Project Involved the Supply and Execution of Transmission Line Works along with Bay Extension at the Substation for a 50 MW Solar Power Generating System. Key Challenges included Executing Works within a Live Substation Environment, Maintaining Grid Compatibility, ensuring Adherence to Utility and Regulatory Standards, and Completing the Project within Tight Timelines to Facilitate Efficient Power Evacuation.
A Structured EPC Approach was Adopted, Covering Material Supply, Engineering, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning. The Scope included Transmission Line Erection, Stringing, Bay Extension, and Integration of Protection and Control Systems. All Activities were executed according to Approved Drawings, Safety Protocols, and Utility Standards, with Close Coordination Between Site Teams and the Client to ensure Seamless Execution.
The Transmission Line and Bay Extension Works were Successfully Completed and Commissioned, Enabling Reliable Evacuation of Power from the 50 MW Solar Plant. The Project was Delivered Safely, on Schedule, and In Full Compliance with Technical and Statutory Requirements, Ensuring Long-Term Operational Reliability and Grid Stability.
